Weekly Tamalpa classes for Folkestone Mind

The focus and intention of this weekly Tamalpa class is to support individual and collective mental health and wellbeing.  The class allows participants to unwind and recharge their physical body, enliven their energy and quiet their mind – through movement, dance, drawing and creative writing.  No art or dance experience necessary.
